On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: NFR Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Organizing, leading, and developing NFR Team
• Ensuring implementation of the NFR business strategy
• Providing regular development of NFR program at EKO gas stations (Mini Market, coffee shop, car wash)
• Responsible for procurement of NFR product range, identifying new suppliers and managing existing ones
• Monitoring the delivery of goods to gas stations and evaluates the quality of suppliers’ services
• Studying price movements and market conditions, collecting and organizing reliable information about competitors business trends
• Providing marketing contracts with suppliers – renting of advertising space and positions – in accordance with the business plan
• Maintaining relevant reporting and planning systems

Qualifications:

• University degree in Economics, Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in category management, preferably in an FMCG industry
• Detailed-oriented person with organizational agility
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team working ability and strong communication skills
• Fluency in English language
• PC literacy
