Qualifications: University degree; At least 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in production environment; Strong knowledge of domestic laws and regulations related to employment; Analytical mind-set, ability to work in a structured, systematic and deadline-focused way; Hands-on approach, creative thinking and problem solving abilities; Excellent communication and presentation skills; PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP preferably; Fluency in English.
