Responsibilities:
  • Development and realization of plans and measures in the areas of personnel recruiting and personnel support;
  • Implementation and development of human resources programs and policies in line with the parent company’s corporate vision;
  • Creation and realization of personnel management processes;
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans;
  • Independent handling of the recruitment process;
  • Conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development;
  • Undertake tasks in performance management;
  • Administer associated employee’s paperwork and ensure personnel files are up-to-date and have relevant information filed;
  • Provide support to employees and executives in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems;
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;
  • Close cooperation with headquarter in Germany including the report of KPIs.
Qualifications:
  • University degree;
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in production environment;
  • Strong knowledge of domestic laws and regulations related to employment;
  • Analytical mind-set, ability to work in a structured, systematic and deadline-focused way;
  • Hands-on approach, creative thinking and problem solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP preferably;
  • Fluency in English.
