Responsibilities:

• Establishing and managing of the production site;
• Management of production processes, production planning, and its monitoring and analysis by KPIs;
• Building, motivating and supervising the local team;
• Implementing the production strategy of the parent company;
• Establishing clearly defined procedures for the production installed processes and their continuous improvement in order to meet productivity, quality and efficiency;
• Managing of policies, working standards, operations, budgeting, management-employee relationships, quality and health and safety;
• Managing internal departments and ensuring a good collaboration with external resources and authorities;
• Ensuring compliance according to work standards;
• Representation of the company at relevant public events;
• Regularly report to the parent company.

Qualifications:

• Education in technical area;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managing production units;
• Entrepreneur with sound business knowledge and a healthy cost awareness;
• Good management and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Strong communication, networking and leadership skills;
• High degree of self-initiative and high willingness to develop practical solutions;
• Very distinctive hands-on approach;
• Professional use of modern ERP systems (preferably SAP);
• Fluency in English.
