Due to the significant business growth, we are looking for a proactive and market driven professional to fulfil the position of:

Responsibilities:

• Developing new and nurture existing business relationships with key HR decision-makers
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and services development
• Providing a range of HR consulting services to Clients related to creating and sustaining a high performance organization.

Qualifications:

• University degree
• Strong knowledge of HR trends and practices in Croatian market
• Innovative and proactive approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Results oriented with strong organizational skills
• Fluent knowledge of English and Excellent PC skills
• Driver’s license
