On behalf of our client, one of the world’s leading outsourcing providers of customer experience management, we are looking for positive, flexible and team-oriented individuals to fill in the following position:
Responsibilities:

Promptly responding to customer requests via phone, email, chat, letter, or social media

Managing and resolving customer complaints and reducing possible customer dissatisfaction

Identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues using all available resources
-
Providing personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers

Generating customer interest in the services or products offered by the company

Ensuring feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services
Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of German and French language

Very good interpersonal skills coupled with a positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

High level of flexibility and welcoming attitude towards change/improvements

A persuasive, approachable and friendly telephone manner

Very good PC skill and good technical knowledge
