On behalf of our client, internation company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Providing high level secretarial and administrative support
- Organizing all meetings (premises, necessary equipment, proposal of agenda, compiling and distribution of meeting minutes)
- Keeping Manager's time schedule in the most efficient manner
- Ensuring accurate administration of relevant data bases/systems
- Managing office supplies, costs, expenses and deliveries in the most efficient manner
- Timely preparation and delivery of reports, analyses, presentations and translations
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Energetic individual with positive attitude
- Reliable person with highly developed analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of German language is advantage
