On behalf of our client, internation company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:
Responsibilities:
  • Providing high level secretarial and administrative support 
  • Organizing all meetings (premises, necessary equipment, proposal of agenda, compiling and distribution of meeting minutes)
  • Keeping Manager's time schedule in the most efficient manner
  • Ensuring accurate administration of relevant data bases/systems
  • Managing office supplies, costs, expenses and deliveries in the most efficient manner
  • Timely preparation and delivery of reports, analyses, presentations and translations
Qualifications:
  • University degree 
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Energetic individual with positive attitude 
  • Reliable person with highly developed analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of German language is advantage
